While stuck inside during the pandemic in 2020, I wrote about my unorthodox painting techniques to share what is most important to me when I work. Now, I've put it all in a book organized into chapters with each one focusing on a different way I combat my own judgment and ego while painting.

It is inspiration and guidance for anyone with a creative outlet hoping to liberate their own unique voice in their work, and an empowering look into radical self-acceptance for everyone else.

Its 74 pages feature over two dozen high-quality color images of original artwork I made while living in France from 2018-2020, and a foreword written by Alan Roberts, President of the Leo Marchutz School of Painting and Drawing. The book is written in English, and it is hardcover bound with a matte finish and printed on coated paper.
